I was joyful to stay at Tata Institute of social sciences (TISS), Tuljapur campus during my recent field visit at Osmanabad district to see emerging producer companies in the region. I have very good discussion with faculty members particularly Ramesh Jare, Narwade, social worker Ganesh Chadre and students. We talked about agriculture crisis in context of failure of farmer’s organisations, agriculture marketing and drought situation in the region. While delivering a talk for social entrepreneurship and Rural Development students, I expressed my thoughts on Institutional innovation for farmers and interventions at village level value addition.   I also shared experiences of my recent visits at Israel and Vietnam with respect to agriculture and rural development. I found that young generation is quite interested to explore the possibilities of setting up institutions for the farmers and to design its business model. Understanding of "LOOK EAST"

Hanoi (Vietnam),22 may 2015 I was delighted to visit Vietnam recently for the workshop on ‘farmers organization and agriculture co-operatives’ arranged by World Bank and Ministry of Agriculture Vietnam. I participated in the workshop as a speaker and shared my experiences of linking farmers with agribusiness and put forth my thoughts on agriculture finance mechanism for the agriculture co-operatives at Vietnam. I was successful to throw light on the institutional innovation and legal & policy framework required for agriculture reforms in Vietnam. This workshop helped me to establish global friendship & knowledge partnership with Agriculture experts from World Bank, developmental organisations and other government agencies from Washington, Columbia, France, Canada, Philippines, Vietnam etc. Vietnam is one party led communist government and celebrating 125 th birth anniversary of their first President and architecture of country Uncle, Ho Chin Minh. An Initiative by Gen- next leader

Recently Rahul Gandhi delivered a lecture to the farmers’ son studying at PDKV, Akola and understood the real problem of the farming community. Opposition may say it a political stunt and INC people will take it as a “feel good” factor but really such kinds of events are much beyond that. Rahul Gandhi’s speech and interaction with the students reflect not only his dream to build a powerful India but also good citizens in the country. His message was clear that young generation should come forward with answers to the local problems to prosper the nation in social, economical and political aspects and this should be the reason for them to join politics. He said that at national level, policies are in favour of the agricultural sector but only the schemes and packages without corruption can help the farmers.
